If a musical instrument is out of tune, it sounds bad. It can ruin a live performance and it isn't so easy on the ears! And what happens in this situation? Well, a muso quickly tunes up their guitar or fiddle, does a little sound check and makes sure everything is a-o-k! No one would ever continue to play when their instrument is not working optimally, and who would pay to see a concert if the lead guitarist was totally off key?

If our body is 'out of tune' we need to think of it the same way. Not because someone is paying us, but because we OWE it to ourselves to put on our best concert and get our monies worth! We only get one ticket to this amazing show called LIFE, so let's give it our best and at times, that calls for some hard truths about our lifestyle choices and there's a need to hit the buttons called reset, redial and tune up!

Suffering breakout, be it mild, moderate or severe, is no doubt a frustrating, upsetting and often painful thing to endure. Whilst no one wishes to experience the discomfort, sometimes having clarity and understanding of why it has happened can help with the healing journey, encourage my clients to stay focused on sticking to the plan and really get to know what's going on in their body.
